Full priced items: can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for refund, store credit or exchange.
Sale/promotional items: can be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
- Shipment costs (initial and return shipping) are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
- Please return to: Wild Thing Records c/o CLIK Collective, 15 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, VIC, 3189, Australia.
- Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, once received. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund, exchange or store credit.
- Wild Thing Records recommends that customers return their items using traceable mail, as we are not responsible for items that are lost during transit.
DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS
Wild Thing Records will refund or exchange faulty items, subject to a thorough inspection of the manufacturing defect (once returned), as well as inclusion of proof of purchase in the return. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us. Once returned and deemed faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund, as well as refund the return postage. If the item is deemed not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you have received the incorrect item, please contact us. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned, and we will send out the correct item.
